Herrs J Holdens LLC (“Nobettr,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you download, access, subscribe to, or use the Nobettr mobile application, website, and related services, including habit tracking, progress tools, reminders, community features, subscription features, and any other related services we provide (collectively, the “App” or “Service”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the App and delete it from your device.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and any applicable Subscription Terms.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
Nobettr is a non-medical, educational, self-help, wellness, and habit-tracking application designed to support users who want to quit, reduce, or better manage sports betting and gambling-related habits.
The App is not a healthcare service, medical device, therapy platform, counseling service, addiction treatment program, financial advisory service, sportsbook, casino, gambling platform, or emergency service.
Nobettr does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, addiction counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support.
No doctor–patient, therapist–client, counselor–client, financial advisor–client, or healthcare provider relationship is created through use of the App.
Unless separately agreed in writing, Nobettr does not create, receive, maintain, or transmit Protected Health Information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), and the App is not a substance use disorder treatment program under 42 CFR Part 2.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary, or voluntarily provided, to deliver App functionality, personalization, insights, subscriptions, support, security, and product improvements.
1.1 Information You Provide
Account Information: When creating an account or signing in, we may collect email address, name/display name, Apple login info (if applicable), Google login info (if applicable), profile photo URL, account creation date, and subscription status.
Profile and Preferences: You may voluntarily provide habit goals, betting reduction goals, reasons for quitting, notification preferences, and application theme choices.
Habit Tracking and Behavioral Logs: You may voluntarily enter streak tracking, relapse logs, urge logs, trigger notes, journal entries, mood/emotional check-ins, goals, milestones, and optional financial entries (e.g. money saved, lost, or betting amounts).
Community and Shared Content: If you participate in community forums, we collect content you submit (posts, comments, replies, reactions, shared progress updates).
Payment and Subscription: Subscriptions are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Nobettr does not store full credit card numbers or banking information.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
Device and Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, device identifiers, IP address, time zone, crash reports, and performance logs.
Usage and Analytics Data: Features used, screens viewed, session duration, navigation patterns, onboarding completion, and reminder interactions.
Permissions: The App may request optional permissions for push notifications (for reminders, check-ins) and camera/photo access (if you upload a profile photo).
2. Sensitive Personal Information
Certain information voluntarily entered may relate to sports betting, urges, relapses, emotional states, or financial stress, which may be considered sensitive personal information in some jurisdictions. We process such information only to provide requested habit-tracking features, support reminders, and personalize the App experience. Sensitive behavioral information is never sold, shared with data brokers, used for advertising profiling, or used to determine financial eligibility.
3. User Control Over Personal Entries
Personal logs and habit data are created and controlled by the user. Users can enter, edit, or delete information, manage reminders, or delete their account at any time.
4. How We Use Information
Information is used to create and maintain accounts, generate habit tracking insights, display analytics, maintain streaks, process subscription status, respond to support requests, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA and UK)
We process personal data under performance of a contract (providing the App services), legitimate interests (security, product improvements), consent (push notifications), and legal obligations (tax compliance).
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Nobettr does not sell personal information. We may share information only with service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, database, crash reporting, and notification delivery partners), for legal compliance/safety, or in corporate transactions (such as mergers or acquisitions).
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, and limited access to user data by authorized personnel.
8. Security Incidents
In the event of a confirmed data security incident, Nobettr will take reasonable steps to investigate, mitigate harm, and notify affected users in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide App functionality, maintain accounts, process subscriptions, and comply with legal records. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Cookies, Tracking, and SDKs
The App may use mobile identifiers, analytics tools (such as Firebase), and crash reporting tools to measure performance, analyze features, and prevent abuse. We do not use sensitive behavioral data or gambling logs for advertising targeting.
11. Aggregated and De-Identified Data
Nobettr may create aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify individual users for research, analytics, and product improvement purposes.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location (e.g. EEA, UK, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information. Exercise these rights by emailing us.
13. International Data Transfers
Information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence, including in the United States, utilizing Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
14. Automated Insights and AI Features
The App may use automated systems to generate suggestions or habit insights. These outputs are for motivational purposes only and are not professional medical, psychological, or addiction counseling advice.
15. Age Restrictions
Nobettr is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet age requirements.
16. Third-Party Services
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services linked or integrated with the App. Please review their privacy terms directly.
17. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account via the App settings or by emailing supports@invisioned.io. Deleting the App from your device does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
